Process

Seven steps, and you see the build every Friday.

The same sequence whether the project runs six weeks or a year. You always know what is being worked on and what it costs.

  1. 01

    Conversation

A call and a written brief. We ask what the product must do and what it must not cost.

    Day one to three

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

A written scope, a milestone plan and one price. Nothing starts until you have all three.

    Week one

  3. 03

    Design

Flows, then screens for every state. You review a clickable prototype before code is written.

    Weeks two to three

  4. 04

    Build

Two-week sprints with a staging link updated every Friday. Change your mind early, it is cheap.

    Weeks three onward

  5. 05

    Test

Automated tests, device testing, load testing and a security pass before anything goes live.

    Final two weeks

  6. 06

    Launch

Deployment, store submission, monitoring and a week of watching it closely with you.

    Release week

  7. 07

    Support

A retainer with a named engineer, monthly patching and hours reserved for improvements.
