Weeks two to three

Two-week sprints with a staging link updated every Friday. Change your mind early, it is cheap.
Weeks three onward

Test
Automated tests, device testing, load testing and a security pass before anything goes live.
Final two weeks

Launch
Deployment, store submission, monitoring and a week of watching it closely with you.
Release week

A retainer with a named engineer, monthly patching and hours reserved for improvements.
